Meeting scheduling software for trade shows and expos
DayBook plans all the meetings at your event. Upload your list of exhibitors and buyers,
let each of them say who they want to meet, and DayBook builds the timetable — nobody
double-booked, lunch and keynotes left clear, and every person gets their own agenda.
How it works
- Set up your event: dates, times, how long meetings run, and your breaks.
- Upload your exhibitors and buyers from a spreadsheet, then email their invitations.
- Each guest accepts and marks who they would like to meet.
- DayBook generates the schedule and sends everyone their own agenda.
What you get
- Meetings matched on what both sides said they wanted
- No double-bookings, ever
- A fair spread of meetings instead of one person booked solid all day
- Spreadsheet upload from CSV or Excel, with duplicates merged and bad rows explained
- Your own extra fields, like stand number or what a buyer is looking for
- Breaks, keynotes and pack-down time kept free
- Correct times in your event's time zone, including daylight-saving changes
- Download to a calendar or spreadsheet, or print it
- Works in any browser and installs like an app, so guests download nothing
Pricing
Your first event is free. After that it is $1 for each person who accepts their
invitation. You are never charged for someone who declines or never replies, and
regenerating a schedule costs nothing. New accounts start with 200 free credits, and
there is no subscription.
Good for trade shows, expos, B2B summits, conferences and matchmaking or buyer-seller
events.
